being.cool (“we,” “us”) is operated by Riley Ventures LLC, d/b/a Acme Studio. This policy explains what we collect on being.cool and in connection with the being.cool product.
What we collect on this site
On this marketing site we may collect analytics events (page views, CTA clicks, scroll depth) via Google Analytics when configured. If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and optional metadata such as UTM parameters, referrer, and a selected quality of being.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not ask for your name, birthday, or unnecessary fields on the waitlist.
Product data
When the iOS app launches, it will process the practices, reflections, and evidence you choose to record. Details will be updated in this policy and in-app disclosures before launch.
