Five ways to start

Who do you want to be?

A system of qualities — not one self-help course.

Practice, don't just think

You don't become confident by reading about confidence.

Being gives you small things to actually do — then asks how it went.

Today's practice

Say what you actually think in your next meeting before asking everyone else.

Evidence

You, lately.

Being doesn't just tell you you're improving. It remembers the evidence.

The science

You aren't as fixed as you think.

A randomized controlled trial published in PNAS studied 1,523 adults using a 3-month smartphone-based personality-change intervention (PEACH). Participants receiving the intervention showed greater self-reported changes in intended directions than waitlist controls. People close to participants also detected significant changes for those seeking to increase a trait — and changes persisted during follow-up.

Turns out, you can practice being.

This research did not study being.cool. It supports the broader idea that intentional change is possible — not a clinical claim about this product.
